      <abstract>
        <p>With the rapid development of information technology, big data has gradually penetrated various industries. While its extensive application
brings convenience, it also triggers a series of social problems, one of which is algorithmic price discrimination. This paper focuses on analyzing the
difficulties encountered in the legal regulation of this practice. It reveals that in legal domains such as antitrust, consumer rights protection, and data
security, there are prominent issues regarding ambiguous applicability and significant enforcement challenges. The paper proposes that governance
approaches should encompass legislative improvement, tech-enabled regulation, industry self-discipline, and public oversight, with the aim of establishing a
fairer and more transparent digital market environment. Only by deeply integrating law and technology can algorithmic price discrimination be effectively
curbed, thereby ensuring the healthy and orderly development of the digital economy.</p>
