文章依托省级课题,利用走访调查,分析当前职业院校教学督导工作存在重检查、轻指导,重发现问题、轻解决问题的现状,笔者提出了创新督导工作模式鼓励全员督学导学、加强督导队伍建设、倡导以“人”为本的督导理念等教学督导工作成效改进方案,试图提高职业院校教学督导的工作效力。 Abstract: Based on a provincial-level research project, this article analyzes the current situation of teaching supervision in vocational colleges, which emphasizes inspection over guidance, problem discovery over problem-solving. The author proposes innovative supervision work models to encourage all staff to supervise and guide learning, strengthen the construction of supervision teams, and advocate the "people-oriented" supervision concept to improve the effectiveness of teaching supervision in vocational colleges.
